Adriana has extensive experience in global consulting firms. Some of her areas of expertise include Project Management, Strategy Planning, Strategy Execution, Process Improvement, Organization Redesign, Change Management, and Events Management.

Her strengths lie in listening carefully and understanding the organizational needs, visualizing the big-picture to propose and deliver solutions to satisfy the Client's expectations. “Going far and beyond” is her motto, which uses to deliver great events and experiences for her clients. 

During her career, Adriana has worked on projects in the United States, Canada, South America, and Mexico; on assignments in the public and private sectors and in a broad range of industries, including hospitality, oil & gas, telecommunications, technology, retail, finance, insurance, and public administration.

Besides working or volunteering, Adriana enjoys spending time with her family, but also reading, walking, playing tennis, and traveling.
