Leading primary care professionals from the provincial, national and international community gather to present information and exchange strategies on primary care service delivery. Focused on Improving Primary CareAt this inspiring conference, participants will learn about driving the transformational change that is needed to ensure that primary care is functioning at its fullest potential.
