April 13 to 14, 2011 - Deerfoot Inn, Calgary, Alberta

The forum provides PCNs and key stakeholders with opportunities to exchange information, experiences and learning so that good ideas are shared across Alberta. Forum is open to those working with a PCN and other key publicly-funded stakeholders with similar mandates to advance primary care in the province.
