Innovate, Influence, Integrate will incorporate best practices in Knowledge Transfer (KT) by bringing together researchers, healthcare practitioners, policy makers, and KT specialists to focus on how new knowledge (innovate) moves between the research and decision maker worlds (influence) to ultimately change policy and practice (integrate).
