2012 Abstracts

Please note: The abstract submission deadline has now passed. No further submissions will be accepted.

Submissions of abstracts for poster and oral presentation at the Accelerating Primary Care Conference are invited.

Abstracts should discuss and report on initiatives, projects, collaborations, research and/or program evaluations that have taken place or are currently taking place. We are particularly interested in posters that provide insight into the benefits and experiences of primary care initiatives undertaken in your practice.

Abstracts will be reviewed by a Scientific Review Committee. Criteria include scientific content or innovation in practice; presentation of material, oral summary, and ability to respond to questions from delegates. Abstracts selected for presentation will be provided to conference participants and posted on the conference website.

Dedicated poster viewing time will be scheduled into the conference program. Presenters are required to stand beside their poster during this time to interact with delegates. Posters will be judged on-site for a best poster award.
